Collaborative effort to transform the current combine’s left hand area to more simplified seamless experience
CUSTOMIZING DISPLAY LAYOUTS
I led the implementation of updates to the Edit Screen Layout feature, which allows customers to customize their pre-set screens. These updates were based on research conducted with our customers, helping us understand their needs better. We refined the feature to address common pain points and introduce new functionalities, ensuring it aligns with user preferences. Throughout the process, we prioritized customer feedback, resulting in a more user-friendly and customizable feature that enhances overall satisfaction.
HOME, MENU AND CORE
As part of a collaborative team, I worked on various projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement on the home screen interface. Our focus was to simplify the setup process for growers, farms, fields, and equipment, making it more intuitive for operators. We also revamped menu and settings pages to improve navigation through multiple options, ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, I took the lead in designing core display functionalities, ensuring they were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Overall, these efforts resulted in an enhanced user experience and provided operators with intuitive tools for managing their agricultural operations effectively.
NOTIFICATIONS AND TOP BAR
I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to enhance both the notification feature and the core functionalities of the top bar. By leveraging diverse expertise from various departments, we brainstormed innovative solutions and executed plans effectively. Our collaborative approach ensured that the final products met user needs and expectations. Throughout the process, we maintained open communication and engaged in frequent feedback sessions to address concerns promptly. This collaboration resulted in great improvements to the overall user experience.
REMOTE DISPLAY VIEW
I drove the implementation of a remote display view tool that enables operators to seamlessly connect with farm managers, allowing the display to be paired with a mobile device for a user experience that is intuitive and easy to use. Throughout development, we incorporated user feedback to refine functionality and ensure alignment with user needs. This tool represents a significant advancement in fostering collaboration and improving efficiency in farm operations.
